101 Books: Reading my way through Time Magazine’s 100 Greatest Novels since 1923 (Plus Ulysses) is a fantastic blog. It is written by a man who decided one day to read through this monstrous list of excellent novels and write about it. He posts reviews of each book, he highlights his favorite characters and passages and chapters as he reads them, and he keeps a running checklist of the books he has read. And then sometimes he posts about other cool stuff, generally to do with reading or books or writers or blogging.
Not only is he taking on this great feat, but he is doing it with wit and charm. His posts are interesting, neither too long nor too short, and I always come away from reading his posts with a feeling that I’ve learned something (whether about the book or the blogger or the world in general).
My only problem with him is that he doesn’t like SciFi novels.
